Written quotes are valid for 30 days. Quotes assume a reasonably accessible and level-able site. If we discover conditions during site preparation that materially change the work — rock, excessive slope, buried utilities, poor drainage — we will stop, notify you, and provide a revised quote before continuing. You may cancel at that point for a full refund of amounts not yet spent.
You are responsible for:
Pool pumps require a dedicated circuit installed by a licensed electrician. This is not included in our installation and must be completed before the system can be operated.
We warrant our installation workmanship for one year from completion. Pools, liners, pumps, and filters carry the manufacturer's warranty, which we will help you register and claim. The workmanship warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, improper chemical balance, freezing, ground movement, or storms.
Installation dates are estimates and depend on weather and site readiness. We are not liable for costs arising from schedule changes outside our control.
Digital guides are licensed to the purchaser for personal, non-commercial use and may not be resold, republished, or distributed. The guides provide general educational and planning information only. They do not replace the pool manufacturer's instructions, local building and electrical codes, utility-location requirements, or advice from a qualified installer, electrician, engineer, or other professional.
Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
