A deposit of $50–$500, based on the size of the job, reserves your installation date. Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel at least 14 days before your scheduled installation date.
If you cancel fewer than 14 days before installation, we retain up to 50% of the deposit to cover scheduling and materials already committed. The remainder is refunded.
Once site preparation or installation has started, payments are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with completed work, contact us at influ210@bettdatllc.com within 30 days and we will return to correct any defect in our workmanship at no charge.
If we must reschedule for weather or unsafe site conditions, you may reschedule at no cost or cancel for a full refund of your deposit.
Unopened pool kits, liners, and accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition for a full refund, less return shipping. Custom-ordered and cut-to-fit items are non-returnable. Installed equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
